Located at 15 km from Jodhpur city this Army Training Institute is designed keeping in mind the context of the local surroundings. Vernacular architecture was adopted by placing the academic and residential block around the courtyards which act as retreating spaces for the students.
Using local materials with a good mixture of traditional as well as modern technology makes this project a good climate responsive design.
